Show Only Filtered Bills vs Show All Bills
What this helps you do: Control which bills appear under each meeting in a calendar report so agendas stay focused and readable.
Before you start
You must be creating or editing a Calendar report.
How it works
Meetings—especially committee hearings and floor calendars—often include many bills.
This setting controls whether your report shows:
Only the bills that match your filters, or
Every bill listed on the meeting’s agenda
You configure this under Content & Layout for calendar reports.
Show only filtered bills
When enabled, the report shows only bills that match your active filters (such as groups).
Bills that don’t match your filters are hidden—even if they’re on the meeting agenda.
Use this option when:
A meeting has many bills but you only care about a few
You’re creating client- or project-specific calendars
You want concise, focused reports
This option was added specifically to reduce noise in large agendas.
Show all bills
When enabled, the report shows every bill on the meeting’s agenda, regardless of your filters.
Use this option when:
You want full visibility into a committee or floor agenda
The report is for internal review or monitoring
You don’t want to miss any agenda item

Tips
For client-facing reports, Show only filtered bills is usually the better choice.
If your calendar report feels overwhelming, this is the first setting to check.
This setting affects bill visibility only, not which meetings appear.
Common questions
Does this change which meetings appear?
No. Meetings are controlled by calendar filters. This setting only affects which bills show within each meeting.
Why don’t I see some bills I expected?
Check whether Show only filtered bills is enabled and review your active filters.
Can I change this after saving the report?
Yes. You can toggle this setting at any time.
