Schedule Reports

What this helps you do: Automatically run reports at set times so updates are delivered without manual work.

Before you start

You must save the report before it can be scheduled.

How it works

Scheduling allows a saved report to run automatically at specific times.

Scheduled reports always use the latest saved settings, including:

  • Filters

  • Content & layout

  • Branding

Scheduling is optional—you can always run reports on demand.

Set a report schedule

  1. Open a saved report.

  2. Select the Schedule tab.

  3. Choose a run time from the available options.

  4. Save your changes.

Available scheduling options

Currently, reports can be scheduled at three specific times of day.

More granular options (such as every hour on the hour) are planned for a future update.

Common scheduling patterns

  • Weekly calendars

    • Run Monday morning for planning

  • Weekly status updates

    • Run Friday afternoon for recaps

  • Standing client deliverables

    • Same report, same time, every week

Many users maintain a small set of “master” reports and schedule those, rather than creating new reports each time.

What happens when a report is scheduled

  • The report runs automatically at the scheduled time

  • It reflects the latest data and saved settings

  • Dynamic reports stay current without manual updates

Tips

  • Schedule only reports you expect to reuse.

  • For one-off needs, download without saving instead.

  • If a scheduled report looks wrong, check that changes were saved.
