When You’d Use This

  • You need to send a quick update on your priority bills to your team.
  • You want to print a list of bills from a specific group before a meeting.
  • You need to download a PDF summary of a bill group for your records.

How To Do It

  1. Navigate to the bill group for which you want to generate a report.
  2. The Status Report for the group will be displayed, showing the list of bills.
  3. Click Print to open your browser's print dialog.
  4. Click Download to save the report as a PDF file.
  5. Click Share to open sharing options.

What Happens Next

  • After clicking Print, your browser's print dialog appears, allowing you to print the report.
  • After clicking Download, the report is saved to your computer as a PDF file named [Group Name] - Status Report.pdf.
  • After clicking Share, a window appears with options for sharing the report.
