Your Enterprise Dashboard is your command center, bringing together the most important legislative updates based on your keywords and selected states. It's designed to give you a quick, comprehensive overview so you can stay informed and take action.
The dashboard is organized into three main sections to help you find what you need quickly:* Live Intelligence* Main Activity Feed* Schedules
Stay Ahead with Live Intelligence
At the top of your dashboard, you'll find the Live Intelligence section. This powerful feature uses AI to provide brief summaries of the most relevant items in your feed, helping you grasp key developments at a glance.
- Quick Summaries: Get the main points of top bills, news, and transcripts without having to click through.
- Direct Links: Each summary is a clickable link that takes you directly to the full item for a deeper dive.
- State Indicators: Easily see which state(s) each piece of intelligence relates to.
Dive into Your Activity Feed
The main area of your dashboard is the activity feed, which displays a grid of cards. Each card represents a single piece of legislative activity, such as a bill, news article, hearing transcript, or tweet that matches your filters.
Understanding the Cards
Each card is packed with information to give you context quickly:
- Color Coding: A vertical color bar on the left of each card helps you identify the content type at a glance:
- Green: Bills
- Blue: News Articles
- Fuchsia: Hearing Transcripts
- Gray: Tweets
- Title: The title of the bill, article, or hearing. Clicking the title will open the item in a new tab.
- Relevance Indicator: An AI-powered score that shows you how relevant an item is to your keywords.
- State(s): Shows which state or states the item is related to.
- Matched Keywords: Displays the keywords that caused this item to appear in your feed.
- Bill Actions: For bill cards, you have quick actions to:
- Track Bill: Click the plus icon to start tracking a bill.
- Skip Bill: Click the archive icon to dismiss a bill from your dashboard.
Plan Your Week with Schedules
On the right side of your dashboard, the Schedules sidebar gives you a look at upcoming events that are relevant to your keywords and selected states.
- Upcoming Events: See a list of scheduled hearings and meetings for the next four weeks.
- Event Details: Click on any event to open a detailed view with more information, including the time, location, and agenda.
- Expand Your View: Use the
Show more
button to see more upcoming events in the list.
If you don't see any events, it may mean that no scheduled activities match your current filters. Try broadening your keywords or adding more states to discover relevant hearings.
Filtering Your Dashboard
You can refine the information shown across your entire dashboard—including the activity feed and schedules—by using the available filters.
