Key Components
Email Forwarding and Access: Anyone can send or forward emails to your custom notes address. The system routes the message to your profile or your team's shared inbox based on the receiving address.
Auto-Linking: The system scans the email subject and body to identify relevant bills, legislators, and staff members. It automatically links recognized entities to the new field note. Any unmatched items are flagged for manual review.
Notifications: The original sender receives a confirmation email once the note is processed. This email outlines which items were successfully linked and which require manual review.
Attachments: Attachments are not supported and are stripped from incoming messages. Only the text body and subject line are processed and saved.
