Force close and reopen the app. Changes from desktop may take a few seconds to appear on mobile.

App crashes or performance issues:
Ensure you're running the latest version. Check for updates in your app store. If problems persist, contact support with your device model and OS version.

Pro Tips for Mobile Users

Enable push notifications for high-priority keywords but use daily digest for broader monitoring—this prevents notification overload while keeping you informed.

Download the app before visiting the capitol where WiFi may be unreliable. Mobile data works fine for searching transcripts and checking bill status.

Use the app for quick lookups during meetings: Search a legislator's name to instantly see their committee assignments, sponsored bills, and recent votes while they're speaking.

Set your primary state in app settings to default to your most-monitored state when opening the app.
