Your Guide to the Enterprise Dashboard
Welcome to your Enterprise Dashboard! We've designed this page to be your central hub, bringing you a personalized and prioritized view of the legislative and media landscape that matters most to you. This guide will walk you through how your dashboard is built and organized so you can get the most out of it.
What Information Appears on Your Dashboard?
Your dashboard is a dynamic feed created specifically for you based on your saved keywords and tracked states. It pulls in a variety of content types to give you a comprehensive view of what's happening.
You can expect to see the following types of information:
Bills: Updates on legislation you're tracking or that matches your keywords.
News Articles: Relevant news coverage from various sources.
Tweets: Social media updates related to your interests.
Hearing Transcripts: Detailed records from committee hearings.
Legislator Information: Updates related to specific lawmakers.
Committee Information: Information regarding legislative committees.
To make it easier to see why an item is on your dashboard, each piece of content is labeled with the name of the keyword query that it matched.
How Your Dashboard is Organized
We know you're busy, so we've organized the dashboard to show you the most timely and important information first. The content is sorted based on a few simple rules:
Grouped by Day: All items are grouped by the date they were published or updated, with the most recent day's activity at the top.
News First: Within each day's group, all news articles are listed first. This helps you quickly catch up on the latest media coverage.
Everything Else by Time: After the news articles, all other items for that day (like bill updates, tweets, and hearings) are sorted by time, from newest to oldest.
Additionally, items from the last 24 hours are considered Recent and are grouped together at the very top of your feed to ensure you see the latest developments immediately.
Keeping Your Dashboard Up-to-Date
To ensure you have quick access to the latest information, your dashboard data is automatically prepared in the background.
This refresh process runs every hour for enterprise users who have logged in within the last 7 days.
Any bills that you have marked to be skipped will be automatically filtered out of your dashboard view, helping you stay focused on what's most important.
Latest Intelligence Summaries
At the top of your dashboard, you may see a Latest Intelligence section. This feature identifies the top three most relevant items from your feed and provides a brief, AI-generated summary for each one. It's a great way to get a quick understanding of the most critical updates without having to read through every detail.
